THE WOMEN’S BOARD of Northwestern University was founded in 1978 to involve outstanding women from the Chicagoland area with the University. Board activities aim to bring the University and the public closer by fostering and encouraging interest in Northwestern educational and research activities. There are five lectures/luncheons per year featuring distinguished faculty from University departments, as well as speakers affiliated with Northwestern.
